From fabric 1, cut:
{A} (2) 2 x 18½ strips
{B} (1) 5½ x 6½ rectangle
{C} (1) 1½ x 5½ rectangle
{D} (1) 5½ x 7½ rectangle
{E1} (3) triangles using Template E1
{E2} (3) triangles using Template E2
SECTION 1
From fabric 2, cut:
{H} (1) 1½” x 5½” rectangle
{J} (1) 2” x 5½” rectangle
{I} (3) 1½” x 2” rectangles
{O} (2) 2” x 3½” rectangles
From fabric 3, cut:
{M} (1) 2½” x 3½” rectangle
{S} (1) 1 triangle using Template S
From fabric 4, cut:
{F} (2) 1½” x 2” rectangles
SECTION 2
From fabric 2, cut:
{S} (1) 1 triangle using Template S
From fabric 6, cut:
{H} (3) 1½” x 5½” rectangles
{I} (6) 1½” x 2” rectangles
{L} (2) 2” x 6½” rectangles
{R1} (1) triangle using Template R1
{R2} (1) triangle using Template R2
From fabric 7, cut:
{K} (1) 2½” x 4½” rectangle
{Q} 1 triangle cut using Template Q
From fabric 4, cut:
{F} (4) 1½” x 2” rectangles
SECTION 3
From fabric 8, cut:
{H} (2) 1½” x 5 ½” rectangles
{T} (2) 2” squares
{P} (2) 2” x 3” rectangles
From fabric 5, cut:
{N} (1) 2½” x 3” rectangle
From fabric 2, cut:
{S} (1) 1 triangle using Template S
From fabric 4, cut:
{G} (1) 2” x 2½” rectangle
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1. MAKE TRIANGLE UNITS
Sew R1 to left hand side of a Q triangle. Press in direction of arrows. Sew R2 to right hand side of the Q
triangle. Press in direction of arrows.
Make 1 - R1/Q/R2 unit
Sew E1 to left hand side of a S triangle. Press in direction of arrows. Sew E2 to right hand side of the S triangle. Press in direction of arrows.
Make 3 - E1/S/E2 unit
STEP 2. ASSEMBLE SECTIONS
STEP 3. ASSEMBLE BLOCK
Join block units as shown. Press well.
